The Career Love Mission
Career Love is a social impact organization founded by Mercedes Swan which centers the experiences of Black women and marginalizedĀ professionals on the path to collective liberation.Ā
In 2026, Mercedes launched the Workplace Liberation Project, the Career Love Mission in action. The project has one goal toĀ advocate, normalize and operationalizeĀ liberatory practices in the workplace.Ā
