I've dedicated my life to supporting the professional and business development of Black Women. I've been a career and business coach for Black women since 2018 and have coached over 200 professionals.
My expertise sits at the intersection of HR & Executive Recruitment, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and understanding the personal challenges that come with building an abundant future while navigating a toxic job.
My goal is to help Black women build careers, businesses, and lifestyles that center bliss, and I'm excited to support you!

The 45-minute Clarity and Strategy Consultation provides the opportunity to receive 1:1 career and business coaching from Mercedes. During the session, you'll explore your goals, barriers, and we'll create an action plan to help you move forward with clarity and confidence!
At the end of the session, you'll receive a personalized coaching or mentoring plan.
When you decide to move forward with coaching or mentoring, your consultation investment of $99 will be applied to your program of choice. If you decide it's not the right time for coaching and mentoring, you'll still leave the session with greater clarity and a strategy to achieve your goals!
