Black women are made to feel less than, not enough, incompetent, or a threat in the workplace. But that won't be your experience here. The Black Woman Bliss Community is designed to help you discover what makes you brilliant and use it!

In this community, you'll learn how to build confidence so you can make powerful moves in your career even if you don't feel like that right now!

No problem, love! Many women in the community have never launched or run a business. This community isn't designed for Black women who have it all figured out. The resources in the community are designed to help you launch or grow your business to profitability if you've never launched a business before. 

This community was designed for Black women who want to achieve their career, business and life goals in a safe community of other Black women. The women in this community are connected with their purpose, passion, and dreams. They're also deeply committed to seeing other Black women win.

This community is meant for people who want to engage and build a network of like-minded Black women professionals and business owners.

This community is all about BUILDING community. So, this space is best for members who are active, engaged, and supportive.

While there isn't a specific time requirement, I would love to see each community member engaged for at least 2 hours each week, which can include attending an event, networking with community members, watching content, or sharing a weekly reflection in the group chat!

Full community members are able to recieve individualized support in the group coaching, implementation sessions, and the Q&A space. There is ample time to get the guidance and support you need. 

Members can upgrade to the community mentoring tier to recieve 60 minutes of 1:1 career and business coaching each month. 

From the moment you join, you’ll receive a onboarding plan to help you get grounded, set your intentions, and start making aligned moves. You’ll have access to the Community space & Black Woman Bliss Training Portal, where you’ll learn how to build your dream business or career with the same framework I used to scale and exit my 9-to-5.

You’ll also have the chance to ask questions, get coaching, and get feedback in group coaching sessions and stay on track with the accountability and implementation sessions. These aren’t just passive spaces; you're encouraged to bring your challenges, your questions, and your goals so I can support you directly.

Mercedes loves to be high-touch with community members so if you show up, you’ll get real-time feedback, strategy, and encouragement. You’re not building alone.

You'll have everything you need to access the community immediately. 

While joining the community, you'll be able to set up your username and password.

Afterwards, you'll be forwarded to the login page and receive an email confirmation to login!

Most community members remain members for 6-12 months, but we have OG founding members who've been here since we launched! There is no minimum or maximum time that you must spend in the community.

The community is a monthly or annual membership that you can cancel at any time. Your community membership is non-refundable.
