About the Founder

Hi, I'm Mercedes

I've dedicated my life to supporting the professional and business development of Black Women. I've been a career and business coach for Black women since 2018 and have coached over 200 professionals.

My expertise sits at the intersection of HR & Executive Recruitment, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and understanding the personal challenges that come with building an abundant future while navigating a toxic job.

I founded the community to provide accessible career and business development training and coaching for Black women and a safe space for us to grow.
