Manifestation Failed Me
I don't know if you can relate but... as a Black woman with a dream, I got tired of hearing "manifestation" this... "delulu" that.
They want us to believe that manifestation is soo easy, SO BAD.
I had my journals, and my affirmations and my meditations and everything in between.
And after it all, I said... well, I don't see anything different in my bank account, and I'm NOT sipping a frozen mango daiquiri on somebody's beach.
Instead of asking myself... "what haven't I been taught", I asked... "what's wrong with me?"
And that's exactly what's wrong with how many Black women are raised, and that carries over to manifestation.
We think we can "perfect thought" our way to the life we want to live.
And while I'm sure some Black women can, that wasn't my story.
I had to figure out the type of manifestation that actually worked for me.
When I did, I reverse-engineered everything I was taught that wasn't designed for me.
I started manifesting in a whole new way, and ever since, it's been helping me bring the big dream I have for my life into reality.
I share more about how manifestation initially failed me and the big manifestation mistakes I made in my new podcast episode.
