The Career Love Coaching Program is a THREE-month 1:1 coaching package for Black Women who want to launch a job search to help them land their dream job within three months of completing the program!

This program is designed is FOR Black Women who want a fulfilling career where they can follow their purpose at work.

Stage One: Pursue your purpose with clarity and confidence. During the first month, you'll discover your dream job, set a powerful intention, and redefine your professional brand.

Stage Two: Learn the skills needed to conduct a successful, elevated, and next-level job search. During month two you learn the key basic and advanced job search strategies.

Job Search Cycle: Learn about the job search cycle and the key milestones of each step that will accelerate your job search including negotiation.
Interviewing: Learn how to interview with confidence every time by participating in a mock interview and mastering my simple and extremely effective Interview Formula!
Job Search Strategy: Learn the four advanced job search strategies you'll ever need for a successful job search including networking, skill-building, mentoring, and LinkedIn
Job Search Strategic Planning: Learn how to create a job search strategy that plays to your strengths to ensure you land your dream job within 3-mo.

Stage Three: Learn how to confidently implement the job search strategies you've learned in stage three with implementation support for the final month of the program.

This stage of the program is completely customized to your needs and could include the following: Mock interview coaching, career mindset, LinkedIn optimization, job board discovery, implementation coaching, and coworking.

Unlimited Career Love Coaching Sessions: schedule as many career coaching sessions in 90 days to support your job search, 12 sessions are recommended ($2500 value).

Unlimited LinkedIn Reviews: Receive unlimited expert LinkedIn reviews for the duration of the program ( $194 value).
