Black women are made to feel less than, not enough, incompetent, or a threat in the workplace. But that won't be your experience here. The Career Love Community is designed to help you discover what makes you brilliant and use it! 

In this community, you'll learn how to build confidence so you can make powerful moves in your career. 

No problem, love! Many women in the community have never launched or a business. This community isn't designed for Black women who have it all figured out. The resources in the community are designed to help you launch or grow your business to profitability or to increase revenue if you have an established business.

This community was designed for Black women who want to achieve their career, business and life goals in a safe community of other Black women. The women in this community are connected with their purpose, passion, and dreams. They're also deeply committed to seeing other Black women win. 

This community is meant for people who want to engage and build a network of like-minded Black women professionals and business owners. 

This community is all about BUILDING community. So, I want members who are active, engaged, and supportive. There isn't a specific time requirement, I would love to see each community member engaged for at least 2 hours each week which can include attending an event, networking with community members, watching content, or sharing advice or lessons in the group chat. 

New members are all able to schedule a 1:1 30-minute clarity session with Mercedes to get clear on their goals and how to get the most our of the community. However, 1:1 career and business coaching is not included. 

There will however be plenty of opportunities to gain support via webinars, Q&As, group coaching sessions and other group events.

From the moment you join, you’ll receive a 1:1 onboarding clarity call to help you get grounded, set your intentions, and start making aligned moves. Then, you’ll have access to our Black Woman Bliss Training Portal, where you’ll learn how to build your dream business or career with the same framework I used to scale and exit my 9-to-5.

You’ll also have the chance to ask questions, get coaching, and get feedback in 2 monthly group coaching sessions, stay on track with 2 accountability and implementation sessions, connect in work groups and our private community space. These aren’t just passive spaces—you’re encouraged to bring your challenges, your questions, and your goals so I can support you directly.

I’m very high-touch with community members so if you show up, I show up for you. You’ll get real-time feedback, strategy, and encouragement. You’re not building alone.

While joining the community, you'll be able to set up your username and password. Afterwards, you'll be forwarded to the login page and receive an email confirmation to login! 

The Career Love Community provides a training, content and community spaces for career and business. If you only want to focus on one of these areas of the community you absolutely can! 

Plus you'll have the benefits of connecting with other professionals or business owners who may have different experiences or knowledge than you, even if you're focused on different elements of the community.
